This is a view from the A27 just past the turning for the Cricketers pub (looking south). 35 years a ago I spent a pleasant week near here with my fellow students from Eastbourne Art College and tutors Alison Smith and Trevor Kemp. We spent the week drawing in a nearby farmyard and in the surounding country lanes which, actually, are pretty much unchanged over all those years.
